In winter, our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00. During opening season, the reception is open from 08.00 to 20.00. The cash office of Riva Nuova Camping Village is open every day from 08.30 to 12.00 and from 16.30 to 19.00.<\/p>\n

You can pay with cash (up to a maximum of \u20ac 4.999 according to the tax decree Art. 1 Comma 384 Law 29\/12\/22 n. 197 Budget Law 2023)<\/p>\n

Can I choose the number of my mobile home or pitch?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you make your reservation, you can express your preference for a particular area or number of mobile home or pitch. When we allocate our accommodations, we\u2019ll try our best to meet your request. Anyway, we can\u2019t guarantee with absolute certainty that you\u2019ll be given the exact accommodation you required. You\u2019ll be given the exact number of your mobile home or pitch upon arrival <\/p>\n

Can I check in one day late or check out one day early?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No deductions will be made in case of early departure or late arrival.<\/p>\n

What happens in case of cancellation and no-show?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellations received later than 14 days prior to arrival are not eligible for the refund of deposit.

What time can I enter my mobile home\/pitch?<\/strong><\/p>\n

All accommodations will be available at 17:00 on the first day and must be vacated at 9:00 on the final day. If you check in before getting your keys, you can enter the village and enjoy all our services. Pitches are available from 12:00 <\/p>\n

What time do I have to vacate my mobile home\/pitch on departure?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accommodations must be vacated by 9:00 am on departure. You must return your keys for a final inspection. In case of early departure, we ask you to check out by 20:00 on the day before the scheduled departure date.Pitches must be vacated by 11:00. Check out after this time will be considered as an extra day <\/p>\n

Is final cleaning included in the price?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The final cleaning service is optional. Just before departure, you may choose to clean your mobile home by yourself, following our instructions, or to buy our cleaning service at an additional fee of 55\u20ac.<\/p>\n

Can vehicles enter or leave the village at night?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vehicles can enter and leave the village from 07:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 24:00. To leave the village at night or during quiet time (from 13:30 to 16:00), you should move your car to the external parking in advance <\/p>\n

Can I check out at night?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sorry, but guests are not allowed to check out at night.<\/p>\n

Is there a quiet time?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, our quiet time is from 13:30 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 7:00 in order to provide a relaxing stay for everybody.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you\u2019re staying at our village, this service is included (private beach with one beach umbrella and two sunbeds, position varies according to the mobile home booked).<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re staying at our campsite, the beach service IS NOT INCLUDED.
Unfortunately, the availability of the beach service cannot be guaranteed, it may or may not be confirmed close to the arrival date by the booking office. <\/p>\n

The price of the beach service will vary (if available) depending on the period and location.<\/p>\n

How far is your resort from the beach?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our resort is located on the seafront. <\/p>\n

In front of the structure, there is both an equipped beach and a stretch of free beach.<\/p>\n

There are two children\u2019s pools with different depths (70 cm and 45 cm respectively), and one pool for adults with water slides. <\/p>\n

In compliance with hygiene safety regulations in swimming pool water:<\/p>\n

Please shower accurately before entering the pool; it is compulsory to wear a bathing cap.
It is forbidden to spit, blow your nose or urinate in the water.
Babies must use swim diapers.<\/p>\n

What activities does the entertainment team organize?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The entertainment team organizes daily mini club activities for children, sports activities (volleyball, soccer, swimming, tennis, fitness, group dancing), and evening shows (musicals, karaoke, baby dance). Entertainment activities will be held in different areas to ensure social distancing. To this end, it may be necessary to rotate guests using different colored wristbands. <\/p>\n

Do I have to pay to take part in these activities?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No, all the activities proposed by our entertainment staff are included in our offer.<\/p>\n

When is the entertainment service active?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The entertainment will be operational from the opening date of the facility. Entertainment will be available 7 days a week. <\/p>\n

Are there any activities for children?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Mini Club organizes activities at the beach from 10:00 to 12:00, at the kids\u2019 area from 16:00 to 18:00, and shows and games in the evening.<\/p>\n

Our entertainment service starts at 10:00 at the beach and ends with the night show.<\/p>\n

Only one car is permitted per site. <\/p>\n

Are bath towels and bed linens changes included in the price?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We normally change bath towels and bed linens once a week. Every other change may be provided for an additional fee (check price list). <\/p>\n

Do you rent bicycles?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, to rent a bike please ask the reception.<\/p>\n

Are the sports facilities and playground free of charge?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sports facilities and playground can be used free of charge. Children up to the age of 12 must always be accompanied and supervised by their parents. <\/p>\n

Is there a laundry inside the village?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, at the center of our village, at the central bathrooms, there\u2019s a self service laundry with coin operated washing machines and dryers. The cost is 5\u20ac to use the washing machine (including soap) and 5\u20ac to use the dryer. <\/p>\n

Is there a charge to use hot showers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No, hot showers are free of charge.<\/p>\n

Can I choose Half Board or Full Board service at the restaurant?<\/strong><\/p>\n

He restaurant does not offer half board\/full boar service. It is possible to have a 15% discount on the menu by guaranteeing a 6-day presence. All the agreements must be made with the restaurant manager upon arrival. <\/p>\n

Is there a TV in each accommodation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Only in our mobile homes.<\/p>\n

There is medical service at about 2km from our village. Please ask the reception if you need a private pediatrician to visit your children. <\/p>\n

Do you provide a midweek cleaning service?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can add a midweek cleaning (\u20ac55, available at reception) or request the relaxation package. Inside the resort there\u2019s a security service 24 hours a day. The security service is enhanced at night. You can call security at any time at the number you find on your bracelet. <\/p>\n

Yes, for your safety, it is mandatory to wear the bracelet.<\/p>\n

Are pedestrian and car gates safe?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pedestrian gates (at the entrance and on the seafront) can be opened only using the chip on the bracelet. Bracelets are given at check in to adults and children over 13 years. Pedestrian gates on the seafront are active from 06:30 to 20:30, while the main entrance is active 24hours a day.
