What are the Reception and Customer Service opening times?

In winter, our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00. During opening season, the reception is open from 08.00 to 20.00. Our Customer Service is open 24 hours a day, every day.

What are the cash office opening times?

The cash office of Riva Nuova Camping Village is open every day from 08.30 to 12.00 and from 16.30 to 19.00.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with cash (up to a maximum of € 2.999,00 according to the provisions of art. 49 DLS 231/2007), credit card or cash card.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard, Maestro, Bancoposta, Diners Club International, American Express.

Can I choose the number of my mobile home or pitch?

When you make your reservation, you can express your preference for a particular area or number of mobile home or pitch. When we allocate our accommodations, we’ll try our best to meet your request. Anyway, we can’t guarantee with absolute certainty that you’ll be given the exact accommodation you required. You’ll be given the exact number of your mobile home or pitch upon arrival.

Can I check in one day late or check out one day early?

No deductions will be made in case of early departure or late arrival.

What happens in case of cancellation?

Cancellations received later than 14 days prior to arrival are not eligible for the refund of deposit.

What time can I enter my mobile home/pitch?

All accommodations will be available at 16:00 on the first day and must be vacated at 9:00 on the final day. If you check in before getting your keys, you can enter the village and enjoy all our services. Pitches are available from 12:00.

What time do I have to vacate my mobile home/pitch on departure?

Accommodations must be vacated by 9:00 am on departure. You must return your keys for a final inspection. In case of early departure, we ask you to check out by 20:00 on the day before the scheduled departure date.Pitches must be vacated by 11:00. Check out after this time will be considered as an extra day.

Is final cleaning included in the price?

The final cleaning service is optional. Just before departure, you may choose to clean your mobile home by yourself, following our instructions, or to buy our cleaning service at an additional fee of 40€.

Can vehicles enter or leave the village at night?

Vehicles can enter and leave the village from 07:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 24:00. To leave the village at night or during quiet time (from 13:30 to 16:00), you should move your car to the external parking in advance.

Can I check out at night?

Sorry, but guests are not allowed to check out at night.

Is there a quiet time?

Yes, our quiet time is from 13:30 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 7:00 in order to provide a relaxing stay for everybody.

Pets are not allowed.

Is beach service included in the price?

If you’re staying at our village, this service is included in the VIP card (1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds per mobile home – assigned position).

If you’re staying at our campsite, the beach service is not included in the price. You can request it upon booking. The price varies according to the period and the raw requested.

How far is your resort from the beach?

Our resort is located on the seafront.

Is there a free or private beach?

Just in front of our resort there are both our private beach and a free beach

Is the entrance at the pool included in the price?

Entrance at the pool is free for all our guests. Visitors are not allowed to enter our pool area.

Are pools heated?

No, our pools aren’t heated.

Is it necessary to wear a swim cap?

Yes, we require the wearing of swim caps.

What are the pool opening times?

Our pool is open from 09:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Is the pool suitable for children?

There are two children’s pools with different depths (60 cm and 30 cm respectively), and one pool for adults with water slides.

What are the activities organized by your entertainment staff?

Everyday, our entertainment staff organizes games for children at the Mini club, sport activities (volleyball, football, swimming, tennis, gym, group dancing), evening shows (musical, karaoke, baby dance).

Do I have to pay to take part in these activities?

No, all the activities proposed by our entertainment staff are included in our offer.

When is the entertainment service active?

The entertainment service starts on Whitsunday and is active during all the rest of the season.

Are there any activities for children?

Our Mini Club organizes activities at the beach from 10:00 to 12:00, at the kids’ area from 16:00 to 18:00, and shows and games in the evening.

What time is your entertainment service active?

Our entertainment service starts at 10:00 at the beach and ends with the night show.

Who’s the entertainment service for?

Our Mini club is for children from 5 to 12 years, while the Junior Club is for kids from 12 to 16.

Is there a WI-FI zone?

Yes, we have free WI-FI at the pool and bar.

How many cars are permitted per site?

Only one car is permitted per site. If you have a second car, you an park it in our external parking (unattended), subject to availability.

Are bath towels and bed linens changes included in the price?

We normally change bath towels and bed linens once a week. Every other change may be provided for an additional fee (check price list).

Do you rent bicycles?

Yes, to rent a bike please ask the reception.

Is there a charge to use the sports fields?

No, the use of our sports fields is included in the VIP card.

Is there a laundry inside the village?

Yes, at the center of our village, at the central bathrooms, there’s a self service laundry with coin operated washing machines and dryers. The cost is 5€ to use the washing machine (including soap) and 5€ to use the dryer.

Is there a charge to use hot showers?

No, hot showers are free of charge.

Can I choose Half Board or Full Board service at the restaurant?

You may require it directly at our village.

Is there a TV in each accommodation?

Only in our mobile homes.

Are your mobile homes air-conditioned?

Yes, all mobile homes have free air conditioning.

Are they equipped with cookware and tableware?

Yes, all mobile homes are equipped with cookware and tableware.

How far is your village from the nearest town?

Our village is located at the entrance of the town, on the seafront.

Is there a medical service in the surroundings?

There is a Guardia Medica providing medical service at about 2km from our village. Please ask the reception if you need a private pediatrician to visit your children.

Is there a security service inside your village?

Inside the resort there’s a security service 24 hours a day. The security service is enhanced at night. You can call security at any time at the number you find on your bracelet.

Do I have to wear the bracelet?

Yes, for your safety, it is mandatory to wear the bracelet.

Are pedestrian and car gates safe?

Pedestrian gates (at the entrance and on the seafront) can be opened only using the chip on the bracelet. Bracelets are given at check in to adults and children over 13 years. Pedestrian gates on the seafront are active from 06:30 to 20:30, while the main entrance is active 24hours a day. The car gate is active from 07:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 24:00.
